We are now at Version 5 but if you are still using version 3, you need to first upgrade to version 4. Once you have version 4 database upgraded, you need to take the next step which is to upgrade to version 5.
Version 5 has a number of new features including a new interface and navigation, facility to set up meeting minutes and agendas and the ability to attach documents to most screens. For more information see our Project Administrator home page.
Our pricing levels are (in Australian Dollars):
- Single User License Upgrade - $60
- 5 User License Upgrade - $290
- 10 User License Upgrade - $560
- Unlimited License Upgrade - $1,100
For other currencies select "Currencies" on the right of this page. Due to the various methods used for processing credit cards, there may be very slight differences between the prices quoted and what appears on your credit card statement.
If the purchase is within Australia 10% GST should be added to the price.
Once you make the purchase, you will be able to download an upgrade pack. The pack will include the tools to have your current Version 3.O (or later version 3) running as Version 5.0 in around 15 minutes. Versions earlier than 3.0 cannot be upgraded. To upgrade version 1 or 2 contact Project Perfect.
Download Details:
1. Once your transaction has been approved you will be taken to a page where you can download the software. Go to the bottom of the page to see your download link.
This link will be available for 7 days. To access the link at a later date, go back to the shopping cart and use your user name and password. If you do not yet have a username, you will be able to set one up before you process the payment. The download is available for 7 days.
2. It is important that when you download the zip file, you read the "Upgrage to Project Administrator Version 5" document before installing
3. This file is very large and make take a while to download depending on your connection speed.
