Most recently developed training materials (including Quick Reference Guide (QRG)) and provided training for all Project Managers and above for an Architecture Review (and assessment) toolset that I first designed and later supervised the construction / deployment of, inside of Computer Associate’s Clarity. The toolset itself was much needed and a “smashing success” – the tool was designed to simple but affective and the follow on training was easily accomplished. I held several group training sessions and then follow-up with the missing / stragglers to ensure 100% attendance / training.
