Keeping up to date
Trivial as it may seem, there are dozens, if not hundreds of conversations and phone calls that may seem unimportant at the time but turn out to be critical at a later date. Sometimes these are jotted down but mostly, they are forgotten. This part of PA provides a note pad to keep track of bits and pieces that may seem insignificant when they happen but turn out to be relevant later on in the project.
