Our project issue tracking tool will provide you with a place for logging issues and tracking issues. You can record issues and report on a regular basis on their status. It is also useful for bug issue tracking.

Issues are really problems. To solve the problem, we need a project issue tracking tool that can create one or more action items. An action item is "someone" has to do "something" by a "due date". Our issue management software is also highly configurable. Using our issue management solution, you can select the number of choices and terminology for your organisation for type of issue, priority and status.


Action Items

Much of the core functionality of our Project Management software is based on different things that generate action items. By combining all these action items into a single list for the Project Manager we provide a more manageable project.   For example, action items can be generated from

  • Project Benefit identification (follow up benefit delivery)
  • Project Risks (what are we doing to mitigate the risk)
  • Project Issues (how do we resolve the issue)
  • Project Quality Reviews (what do we need to fix)
  • etc. 

All these action items are logged into the project management software in a common format, and assigned to individuals.  The Project Manager can then focus on what actions are due or outstanding no matter where they came from.

The Project issue tracking software can have more than one action item. In the example there only one Action Items. The screen displays the first (1 of 1)

At the top you can see a pin. This allows you to attach documents to the issue. If fact most screens within the Project Management software have a pin to attach documents.
