Agendas, Minutes and Action Items |

| Too often, agendas and minutes are neglected. Now you can create your own agenda within PA and manage action items. Create a meeting name, time, venue and people who will be invited. Add meeting items and sort them into any sequence. Now you can print an agenda. After the meeting is completed, record the outcome of each item and if necessary create actions for that item. Now you can print the minutes and a list of action items. The action items go into a bucket with all the other action items for the project. No more forgetting about the actions until the next meeting. | |
