| At the end of the project, a project review should be carried out to ensure lessons learnt on the project are not forgotten. The problem usually is that once the project review is complete, nobody is given responsibility for implementing the recommendations of the PIR. This part of PA, we identify the recommendations and the people responsible for implementing those recommendations. It can be the role of a Project Office, or a nominated person to follow up on the completion of action items. | |
