PROJECT PERFECT Project Management Software Specialists in Project Infrastructure |
Project Management Scheduling Software using either Microsoft Project or Project Administrator Gantt ChartProject Gantt Chart Software |
|
There are two ways you can handle a schedule using our project management scheduling software. We have integrated with Microsoft Project for project scheduling. Most Project Managers are familiar with, and use Microsoft Project, so we linked it to Project Administrator. A project management gantt chart is prepared in Microsoft Project and information from the Microsoft Project Gantt Chart is transferred to Project Administrator. This information can be used to produce reports, and track tasks and milestones. Project Administrator is a project management tool that manages everything including the schedule. It is not like most project management scheduling software that focuses on the schedule alone. Since the majority of project managers use Microsoft Project as their gantt chart software, we can integrate with the Microsoft Project schedule and use that information for reporting. In fact it is a dual project management scheduling software package that provides two options for gantt charts. |

If you don't want to use Microsoft Project, and you have
relatively simple requirements for a scheduling tool, we can help as
well. We provide the option to use our own scheduling tool to prepare
a Gantt Chart. You select either MS Project or PA Gantt chart on the
project screen when you are setting up the project. The first picture
below shows the area where you set up your tasks and milestones. |

The picture below shows the Project Management Gantt Chart. Black is for completed, dark blue for summary tasks, light blue for incomplete tasks and red for milestones. You can customise the colours to suit yourself using the Gantt Options button above. |
